Team Fortress 2 Patch notes
Archived forum thread for VAC and Team Fortress 2 rebuild notes — always confirm live status on /updates/ before you play.
Where official status lives
This board is a discussion mirror. The canonical source is the Status page — it updates when a rebuild ships.
No forum post can guarantee undetected play. Maintenance windows follow Team Fortress 2 client updates and VAC signature refreshes.
What to do after a patch
Close the game, read Status, download the new build if prompted, then run through Setup steps before queuing competitive.
